Other experience includes 15 years with US Steel, a Fortune 10 company, held various positions in Pittsburgh, PA, Chicago, IL, Philadelphia, PA, and Gary, IN. He then joined an insulation manufacturing company as CFO, and was soon promoted to President with responsibility for three manufacturing facilities located in Aurora, IL, Joplin, MO and Alexandria, IN. His most recent post was as President of Rochester & Associates, Inc. engineering and survey consulting firm in Gainesville, GA

Ed was the President of the Indianapolis Parks Foundation from 2003-2006. As President he initiated The Mayor’s Annual Luncheon for the Parks, a signature event for the foundation. His vision and leadership on the Foundation resulted in contributions totaling more than $3.8 million.
In his spare time Ed is an avid golfer, reads, enjoys cooking and wine tasting. He also enjoys visiting his daughter Amy in Seattle with his grandchildren Morgan and Jacob and his son Brian in St Louis with his three granddaughters, Kayla, Emma and Lilly. |

Mike has over 33 years of experience specializing in the study, master planning, design and construction of water systems, stormwater drainage systems and wastewater treatment and collection systems. He is recognized by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management as an authority in the planning and design of sustainable water and wastewater systems and standards. Mike is the current chairperson of the National American Council of Engineering Companies Environmental and Energy Committee and is instrumental in the development of key Legislative and Regulatory advocacy positions for ACEC in that regard. He is also the State of Indiana Coordinator for Student Chapters in the Engineers Without Borders Program and has been active in creating the very first Sustainable Design Certification Program for the National Academy of Environmental Engineers.

Other Information
In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Judy and daughter Melanie, is an avid reader and classic rock historian/fan. After playing rugby for 17 years in the 70’s and 80’s, he remains active in that sport by refereeing high school rugby matches in the Indianapolis area in the spring and coaching the DePauw men’s rugby team in the fall. Mike is on the Board of Directors for Morning Dove TRC, a not-for-profit organization that provides equine therapeutic riding therapy for Autistic and Special Needs Children. Mike has also been active in mentoring teenaged men serving time in correctional facilities with a non-denominational Faith-based program called Faith and Fathers several nights each month. |
