Site Design for Brampton Brick Manufacturing Facility

This project provided site design to determine the best use of the selected site for the new Brampton Brick manufacturing facility.  

Project Highlights:

  • Project Cost - $3.4 million (site work package); $426,000 (road work package)
  • 56 acre complex with 10 acres of outdoor paved storage
  • Four buildings totaling 275,000 square fee
  • Services included site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and off-site road improvements
  • Two detention basins
  • Best management practices for water quality
  • Off-site water main extension with easements
  • On-site wastewater disposal system
