Main Street Reconstruction City of Clinton, Indiana
HWC assisted the City of Clinton with funding acquisition and preliminary planning, and then provided design of all improvements including roadway, sidewalk, curb/gutter, storm sewer and multiple utility improvements. It also helped provide a renewal in downtown Clinton and an improved Main Street for its citizens.		Project Highlights: Project Cost - $1.5 million 1,200 feet of urban roadway design including pavement reconstruction, replacement, and restoration 2 - 12 foot wide driving lanes 2 - 7’ 11” wide parking lanes with combined curb and gutter 15 foot wide sidewalks on each side of the thoroughfare including handicap accessible ramps Extensive coordination with public, construction sequencing, business access, etc. Construction completed in 2006
