Water System Master Plan
City of Tuscola, Illinois
     
     
The master plan provided the City of Tuscola with the direction needed to find a reliable, high quality water source. The resulting water system improvement project has served as a catalyst for substantial new development within the community.  

Project Highlights:

  • Project Cost - $5.7 million
  • New 750,000 gallon elevated water storage tank
  • Replaced several miles of water main within their water distribution system
  • Upgraded water consumption capacity from 500,000 gallons per day to 900,000 per day
