Long Awaited Kitselman Pure Energy Park & Kitselman Trailhead Unveiled

MUNCIE – In an “unveiling” on March 31, officials of Muncie spoke about plans for the Kitselman Pure Energy Park and the Kitselman Trailhead project.  This announcement has been decades in the making and was the first time members of the public heard the presentation.

The project includes Gary Dannar’s Mobile Power Station, a new Cardinal Greenway trailhead and a new and relocated INDOT bridge that carries IN 32/East Jackson Street over White River.

HWC is currently under contract and working on the plans for the placement and reconstruction of Historic Bridge 85.  Once complete this bridge will connect the White River Greenway and the Cardinal Greenway, and in turn also become an iconic gateway for the east side of the City of Muncie.
