HWC Engineering welcomes Robin Thompson, PE, to our firm as a senior project manager.

Robin joins HWC after serving as an engineer for industry-leading firms over the last 35 years. Robin’s experience includes interchanges, urban/rural highways, public transit, traffic maintenance, and more. He has served on many high-profile design projects, including projects for INDOT and various local and state municipalities throughout Indiana. A few notable projects he has worked on include IndyGo Red Line Bus Rapid Transit Design, I-69 Section 4 New Terrain Interstate from US 231 to SR 37, and the I-465 NE Corridor, to name a few.

“I am pleased to be part of the HWC Engineering family and look forward to applying my 35+ years of experience managing state, local, and municipal projects to help support and grow the company’s transportation department. I am excited to be part of HWC’s growth and their commitment to delivering excellence to their clients,” shared Robin.

Robin’s experience will complement HWC’s existing transportation staff and further develop the firm’s presence as a preferred provider in Indiana’s infrastructure improvements. As Randy Hancock, HWC’s Director of Transportation, notes, “HWC is excited to have Robin join our team. He is well respected in the transportation design industry and bolsters our design staff and capabilities.”

Welcome to HWC, Robin! We are excited to have you on our team!
