New Albany Residents Praise HWC Street Plans

NEW ALBANY, Ind. – HWC Engineering presented three options for the New Albany Board of Public Works to consider at a public hearing Sept. 19.

The plans, which aim to make downtown New Albany more accessible for local businesses, reduce excessive speeding and make the streets accessible for trucks were supported by New Albany residents.
