SR 62 Lift Station

The purpose of this project was to relocate and replace an aged existing lift station, designed with increased capacity to handle wet weather flows and future development. The project involved installing 400 LF of 18” gravity sewer, including a jack and bore under SR 62, to the new lift station location and installing 2,600 LF of 12” force main discharging at the WWTP. The new duplex lift station has a capacity of 2,200 gpm (3.2 MGD) and includes an emergency backup generator.
