Finch Creek by Del Webb Lift Station
This project involved the construction of a new lift station and 12” force main to serve part of the proposed Pulte Homes Finch Creek by Del Webb development in Noblesville, Indiana located northeast of Boden Road and 156th Street. The development consists of approximately 567 residential lots, 600 apartment/senior housing units, and an amenity center with a pool/clubhouse. The lift station was also designed to serve a future development on the south side of 156th Street. The lift station is in Hamilton Southeastern Utilities service area, and the force main discharges to the City of Noblesville’s sewer collection system for treatment.
