Jamie Ford-Bowers, PE

Vice President

Jamie is a Partner and serves as HWC’s Vice President, leading both the Land Development group (including site engineering and surveying), as well as the Land Planning & Landscape Architecture group.

With more than 17 years of experience, Jamie, a licensed Professional Engineer, has an extensive background focused on land development, including municipal, private-sector, and public/private partnership projects. Since joining HWC in 2009, she formed the firm’s land development department, which started with site engineering and later added surveying services. Both departments have experienced record growth year-after-year since inception and have earned a solid reputation for professionalism, responsiveness, and superior work quality.

Jamie was a finalist for the Junior Achievement of Central Indiana’s Best and Brightest award and was recently named one of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award winners. Her thought leadership has significantly contributed to the unique culture for which HWC has gained a reputation.
