Ed Jolliffe brings nearly 40 years of business experience to HWC Engineering. His diverse background includes a 15-year tenure at a Fortune 10 corporation and time with a number of small- and medium-sized businesses.
It has been in small business that Jolliffe found his niche and passion for building teams, professionalizing administration functions and growing firms. He's spent the last 14 years managing and growing civil engineering firms.
Prior to becoming an owner at HWC, Jolliffe served as president of Rochester & Associates. Immediately after joining Rochester & Associates, the housing marketing began its decline, and Jolliffe spent two years "right-sizing" the firm from 250 employees to its current 50.
Prior to joining Rochester & Associates, Jolliffe served 10 years as president of The Schneider Corporation. Jolliffe transformed the company from a single market residential design firm to the largest engineering firm in Indianapolis, as reported by the Indianapolis Business Journal. During this period, annual revenue grew from $10 million to $40 million through an aggressive public sector diversification plan and with expansion through acquisition in three states.
