Faith Christian School Expansion

HWC was engaged by Faith Christian Schools and Faith Christian Church to perform survey and engineering design services for two building expansions on campus. The School expansion included the addition of a new wing to the school that included 10 classrooms, a science lab, new facilities, and accessible features. The Community Center expansion included the demolition of the skate park and construction of an athletic training center with locker rooms, indoor track, wrestling room, and office spaces.

HWC provided the public infrastructure construction documents, which included demolition plans, roadway relocations, parking lot expansion, landscaping, sidewalks, entrance tie-ins, and significant utility improvements. HWC also redesigned stormwater routing and detention, lighting, parking, and roadways and provided the design requirements for all walkways and entrances. HWC coordinated to obtain permits with Tippecanoe County Survey, Building Commission, and utility companies to obtain permitting for the project.
