HWC worked with Pulte Group to provide site engineering and survey services for the new 500-lot, single-family Kimblewick by Del Webb residential development in Westfield, Indiana. This age-restricted (ages 55+) community provides low-maintenance housing for the walkable community in Westfield. Residents enjoy resort-like living and amenities, such as trails, parks, clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, athletic courts, and more.
HWC’s development components included seven sections of subdivision plats, road reconstruction of 151st Street, public infrastructure extensions for storm and sanitary sewers and water mains, landscape plans, construction staking, record drawings, and designing the layout for the community’s amenity areas. Construction is nearly completed for all seven sections.
