Kimblewick by Del Webb

HWC worked with Pulte Group to provide site engineering and survey services for the new 500-lot, single-family Kimblewick by Del Webb residential development in Westfield, Indiana. This age-restricted (ages 55+) community provides low-maintenance housing for the walkable community in Westfield. Residents enjoy resort-like living and amenities, such as trails, parks, clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, athletic courts, and more.

HWC’s development components included seven sections of subdivision plats, road reconstruction of 151^st Street, public infrastructure extensions for storm and sanitary sewers and water mains, landscape plans, construction staking, record drawings, and designing the layout for the community’s amenity areas. Construction is nearly completed for all seven sections.

Greenfield, IN

Prairie Meadows Apartment Homes Phase 2

HWC provided site design for five new multi-family apartment buildings during Phase 2 of the Prairie Meadows Apartment Homes development at the intersection of Windswept Road and US 40 in Greenfield, Indiana.

This second phase of the new development involved the installation of all associated infrastructure, including sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, new roads, and grading for future development. All streets were designed with street lighting and sidewalks.

There was a total of 76 new apartment units in this phase, and all were designed in compliance with the Planned Unit Development (PUD) requirements.
